FAQ
- How much does TickAI cost?
- Plans are sized by the website they monitor: Free (up to 5 pages), Starter at EUR 9 per month (up to 30 pages), Pro at EUR 23 (up to 600 pages), and Scale at EUR 50 (up to 2,000 pages), with GBP and USD display conversions and annual billing priced at 10x the monthly amount. Extra domains are EUR 5 per month each, and on Scale you can add capacity packs of 1,000 extra pages for EUR 20 per month each.
- How is website size measured?
- By pages: your plan continuously monitors a website of up to a set number of pages, pooled across all the domains on your account, regardless of how often we re-scan. Every plan also includes a generous media allowance covering the images, video, audio, and other assets on those pages — very media-heavy websites may occasionally need additional capacity, and we'll tell you if a scan hits that allowance.
- Can I add additional domains?
- Yes. Extra production domains are a flat add-on of EUR 5 per month each, regardless of plan, and all your domains share your plan's monitored-page allowance. You don't buy them on the pricing page — the option appears in the flow when you add another domain.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free tier monitors websites up to 5 pages with manual scans and one team member, and includes the live disclosure overlay so you can apply AI labels to your site, plus the append-only audit trail and its PDF/JSON export. Automatic scans, extra seats, EU geo-targeting, and staging come with the paid plans.
- What happens if I exceed my plan?
- We scan up to your plan's page allowance and tell you how much of your site is left unmonitored — nothing is ever charged automatically. On most plans the answer is to upgrade to the next tier. On Scale you can instead add capacity packs: each adds 1,000 monitored pages for a flat EUR 20 per month, up to 10 packs, and you confirm each one before it's billed.
